My house had been on the market for several months with few showings and no offers despite being priced to move. My realtor did not have a good explanation or any suggestions. I reached out to Brie, we spoke on the phone and she took some time to look at the posted pictures of my home. Since I live in Virginia I sent her a few other requested photos. Brie suggested changing the paint color in my first floor den and kitchen. The paint color completely updated the look of my home with minimal cost. Brie is a natural at color selection and makes it all so easy. I told her I wanted a soft daffodil yellow for a front door on a flip I was doing and second later she produced exactly what I had in mind...Hawthorne Yellow... and it made the curb appeal and so many potential buyers loved it. She helped me confirm my color choices for flooring and walls, cabinets, and backsplash tile and made sure they'd all work together perfectly, including picking a perfect bright white out of the hundreds of whites for the cabinets that I didn't even know existed!.
