Fulfillment Policy 

Harlow Hays Design Co. accepts cash, check or online payments via ACH or most major credit cards via Stripe. Because of the nature of custom orders, they cannot be canceled or refunded if Client changes their mind once the order has been placed. We make no warranties for merchandise beyond stated manufacturer’s warranties. Stocked items that are allowed to be returned by the vendor will be charged up to 35% restocking fee and will be billed to Client at Designer’s cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The drawings and documents prepared by the interior designer remain the property of the design firm and cannot be used by you for any purpose other than the completion of the project by the interior designer.
